| AFTA or ASEAN Free Trade Area is agreement between some countries in ASEAN to reduce intra regional tariff with one certain scheme (free trade competition at regional level) that will be open in 2015. They are Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam. So when AFTA will be open in 2015, Indonesia have to be prepare to compete with other countries in ASEAN. How to prepare Indonesia people through our human resources?
